One month ago, I left home for something I thought would just be a fun residency. I found Culture on Twitter. The website looked super cool, so I thought, "Why not? It'll be fun to hang out with interesting people." Then I got on a call with the organizers. Their energy matched mine. That's when I knew this place was going to be different. The train journey there was exciting because I couldn't wait to see what everyone was building. Spoiler alert: On the last day... I didn't want to go home. 😭 When I first met everyone, they all seemed so focused and locked into their own worlds. I honestly thought, "Damn... everyone is serious." A few days later... I realized they're the chillest, funniest, craziest, smartest, and most supportive people I've ever met. We built. We learned. We argued. We laughed. We stayed up late. We pushed each other. And somehow, in just one month, strangers became people I'll never forget. One line for everyone ❤️ 🫪 Arnav - Pure high energy. 🙂‍↔️😶‍🌫️ Palasaa- Delayed gratification. 🍥 Suraj - Panda. 👾 Aman tech bro - The most techy person I've ever met. Always locked in. 🥸 Rahul bro - Daddy. 🌝 Rishul - "Fuck around and find out." 😹💗 Harsh - Fuck around... but serious when it matters. 🫣😓 Swarit - Alex Hormozi. 😭😂 Eshwar - Permanently locked inside the room. 📜 Rishi bro - Socrates. 🥹 Abhi - Cute Rocky Bhai. 😂 Srijan - I still don't know... 🫠 Kaushik - "I want to sleep, bro." 🏋️ Raghav - Gym boy. 🫣 Sathwik - Goooood boy. To everyone at Culture... Thank you for the conversations, the memories, the laughs, the random late-night ideas, and for making this one of the best months of my life. This wasn't just a residency. It felt like home. Let's meet again soon, guys. 🤌🫶😭 @culture01_ 💙

Anyone who knows me knows exactly how hard we've been working for the past 7 months to get this out. The only reason it took this long was because we wanted to have absolutely zero compromise on quality - in terms of UI/UX, medical accuracy or the blood testing experience itself. Tomorrow, we are going to be launching the website and the waitlist for what we know is going to be the best healthcare application in India. We are going to make waves so huge that the entire industry will have no choice but to take notice. Health has been reactive for far too long - and the traditional healthcare system (hospitals, insurance etc) makes billions of dollars off of you every year because of this. No longer. This revolution is a fight against the exploitative system that treats us as numbers on an excel sheet. Bookmark this tweet. Share it. Retweet about us. We will win, no matter the cost.

Everyone is using Claude. Only 1% are actually leveraging it. The difference isn’t access. It’s the prompt. I tested 1000+ prompts. Refined them. Broke them. Rebuilt them. That’s how I moved into that 1%. Today I generate $2,000–$4,000/month Just by giving Claude better instructions. Most people blame the AI. The real problem is vague prompts. So I’m giving away my Top 21 Claude Mega Prompts — copy-paste version. Universal. Tested. Built for real results. If you know how to instruct AI properly, you gain unfair leverage. How to get it: • Follow (so I can DM you) • Comment “prompt” • Like + RT Miss a step = no access

This is the most important thing I have learnt this year. I spent the first 6 months trying to find market gaps and what to build. Since July-ish, I started speaking to founders and understanding their problems around payments. This gave me much more conviction on what I am building currently. There's an actual problem in the market I am solving and I know this NOT by finding an idea but by speaking to founders facing issues around stablecoin payments. Sure I had to study compliance in detail since this is payments but meeting and talking to founders who did or did not have licenses helped me understand compliance much better. I myself have so much more conviction in what I am doing will work. Even if it doesn't, I will still keep talking to users and they will give me insights if I am able to ask the right questions. One of my friends got into Alliance DAO and there's just one advice @lmrankhan gave him - Code and talk to users, avoid everything else. The path to finding a good technical co-founder, building a deck, workflow, getting your first user is too goated. Too much stress and self-doubt but the learning and growth in the process is unmatched.
Great artists don’t study art history to figure out what art to create. Great founders don’t analyze the market to figure out what product to build.

I am committing INR 1 Cr to find Bangalore Choke-Points via Google Maps & AL. 11 km → 2.15 hours in Bangalore Traffic on Saturday late night! I was stuck at one choke-point at ORR, where I spent 100 mins struggling to understand why there is no traffic-light or cop here! But I don’t want one more “Bengaluru Traffic Memes or Rant”. I WANT TO FIX IT. Very recently, in April 2025, Google Maps started sharing "Road Management Insight". It's a city-level data in Big Query format. Using Google Data and Satellite Imagery, we can list down all the choke-points & their exact timings in a month. For the traffic department to work on those areas specifically. I am willing to spend INR 1 Crore on this project by funding: 1-2 senior ML/AI engineers. And providing budget for using Google Maps API calls, Satellite Imagery & GPUs I will start this project, when BTP/BBMP: Open their raw feeds or API access AND names a team, committed to acting on the insights we generate. 🙌 How can you help right now? 1. TAG anyone you know in the Bangalore Traffic Office, BBMP or the Traffic Commissioner’s office, let this hit the right inbox. 2. ML/AI folks: comment "IN", if you can work along part-time to end this menace 3. Every commuter who’s sick of bleeding time: comment or share. More noise -> faster response. Bengalore is India’s tech future; and people making it happen deserve MUCH better. #BangaloreTraffic #AIforGood #OpenData #CSR #peakbengaluru
