Tierra del Sol (Oaxaca) - An impromptu dinner on the terrace. Probably the best tacos we've had on the trip (lèchon with chicharron), a taste of white molé, all punctuated by our new crowd favourite, the tlayuda. instagram.com/p/CjffeWbuNL5/…

Ticuchi (CDMX) - Absolute belter of a restaurant, in a dim lit room, with cracking cocktails and excellent service. Vibrant modern Mexican flavours. Tlayuda was the stand out, a crisp tortilla layered with cured fish, seasoned herbs, cheese... instagram.com/p/CjQcEMBrFh-/…

Does anyone here have any Mexico City or Oaxaca restaurant recs pls? Tried booking the big ones (Pujol, Quintonil, Rosetta) with no luck. Don't need fancy necessarily, just good. Thanks in advance!

I've had the most middle class middle aged stag do, but it's been brilliant. Here's to good friends, classy cocktails and good food.
