I’m gonna be in the central Valley for the next hour and I’ve got enough research compounds to turn Oprah into Odell. Hit me up and we can chat. Lol.
Lunch drop loading. 8oz ground beef (96/4) 230g sweet potatoes with red pepper and cucumber and 2.5oz of Tzatziki
Anyone else dealing with multiple Instagram accounts being hacked and no way to get back into them? I’m grateful that I am able to piss some people off so badly that they waste their money paying to get my shit nuked 😂😂😂🪦🪦

You don't get validation by chasing it. You get it by not needing it anymore.
For years I performed for everyone around me. Good husband, good friend, good employee. But it was all a performance hoping someone would tell me I mattered. The more I chased it, the less I got, because desperation isn't attractive to anyone, not your wife, not your friends, not yourself.
The fix isn't finding people who validate you. It's building a code of values and boundaries that don't move based on who's in the room. Once that's internal, you stop needing anyone's permission to be who you already are.
