Every field counts, so we updated our member portal design to be more accessible for all subscribers when managing their shipments. The text and buttons are bigger, there's more color contrast, required fields are more obvious, and we removed distractions.

Now you can add welcome gifts to your subscription clubs! Send a thank you card, a t-shirt, or sample products when subscribers sign up to make a great first impression and give them a taste of what's to come.

Coming soon: Drilling down into every cancellation and seeing the reason why (like the View Users button in Amplitude) because we collect high quality feedback from members at that moment.

Added an monthly recurring revenue report to our dashboard. Businesses can get a top level sense of how their subscriptions are performing without talking to us, critical to running a great business. Sign into your business at withfriends.co and click Reports!
