Based on erosion observations alone:
Sphinx: Vertical undulating profiles and deep runoff channels on the body and enclosure walls indicate prolonged water exposure during wetter climates. Depths of weathering suggest core body exposure of roughly 7,000โ12,000 years (Schoch seismic data) or several centuries before the main Giza quarries (Reader runoff analysis). Differential limestone hardness and salt weathering can produce similar features faster.
Great Pyramids: Relative erosion of continuously exposed base limestone versus surfaces protected until casing removal ~675 years ago yields mean exposure around 25,000 years in one preliminary study. Climate variability limits precision; measured wear fits multi-millennial arid exposure.
That one time on @MODSUNโs sold out birthday show @FirstAvenue when he brought @machinegunkelly and Black Bear out for a special set. It was about ten years ago and it was a movie. And the next is this past summer at the @MysticLakeAmp

CNN upset when the feds raid Ilhan Omar's house at 6 am. Not so much when the FBI perp-walked my hearing impaired wife out of our house before dawn.
In fact, they were there to broadcast it LIVE
Iโm 54. I watch fucking Ted Lasso and I fucking well up. Thanks @AppleTV I appreciate this beautifully written show.
Local media doesnโt care.
๐จ BREAKING: Keith Ellison was just EXPOSED by CNN for taking lavish overseas trips paid for by corporate lobbyists.
- Five-star hotels
- First-class flights
- African safari tours
- AND MORE
Ellison appears visibly upset that theyโre even asking about the trips. He abruptly ends the interview while staring down the reporter.
Earlier this week, he attacked Ron Schutz for simply owning stocks. Meanwhile, Ellison is accepting lavish trips funded by the very companies heโs suing.
WOW!
Last night someone was testing their new laser sights scanning my backyard. I lined it up with my laser sights this am and know where it came from. watch the lower right side. You can see it briefly hit my siding. #HomeSecurity #NightVision #LaserSights.
Hahahaha. @TwinCitiesDSA has the least diverse gatherings. A lotta white people and no POCโs. Seems about right for commies. And the blocked me. Socialism = racism.
This is likely the house in the ad. It was built in 1950 at a time when the average monthly household income was $275 per month. Thatโs about 20% of the families gross monthly income. Today, the average monthly mortgage payment is $2100 while the avg household monthly income is $10500. And the math, maths at 20% of the gross monthly income.
"Short of aerial bombardment, the best way to destroy a city is through rent controls."
Thatโs a good line from the late Economist Walter Williams.
But politicians donโt learn.
Four years ago, St Paul, Minnesota passed rent control.
Here's what happened:
UPDATE: Rent Control Fails Again, Politicians Learn Nothing
A few years ago, St Paul, Minnesota passed the strictest rent control in the country. Politicians promised it would "end profiteering." Activists cheered. Here's what really happened.
I wonder why he shut comments off? Likely because it isnโt the โonly solutionโ.
Medicare for All is the only realistic solution to our healthcare problems. Tinkering around the edges will only funnel billions more into insurance companies' profits and will fail, as all the band-aid โsolutionsโ have failed for the past 80 years.ย ย

Families are being pushed to the brink, hospital systems are going bankrupt, and people are dying without care.
The for-profit healthcare system has outstayed its welcomeโ itโs time for brave, bold change.

Iโm the only candidate in this primary who will fight to pass Medicare for All.

Vote for Matt Little early in person or on Primary Election Day, August 11th.

From Kynde: ....and the mystery continues.
Between yesterday and today's she's been tested for Addisons disease and pancreatitis - both negative.
She was in-patient today again and had an in-depth sedated ultrasound - nothing is abnormal.
The vet is completely baffled with what Finnegan is going through and feels absolutely terrible for not being able to diagnose her. She consulted with other vets and researched online - nothing.
By all account Finnegan should not be sick. She has not eaten in four weeks (aside from a small bowl of boiled beef and rice this past Wednesday (which started the massive diarrhea) and has had very little water by mouth (in four weeks). Most of her fluids have been from the eight vet visits via sub q fluids (a liter of saline injected under her muscle to keep her hydrated). She's had three rounds of IV fluids as well while in-patient. Due to how sick she actually is we were expecting the worst outcome today and spent extra time snuggling her and shedding tears.
I asked the vet if it's time to send her over the rainbow bridge and are we being selfish for continuing her treatment. Obviously she said it's ultimately our decision but she feels so bad for her and wants to try and help her with some added on medications - of course that's what we also want. We had an NG tube (feeding tube) placed which is stitched into her face in multiple places. This will allow us to give her medication without stress on her. We are starting some antibiotics in case we are missing something. I'm going to start giving her small amounts of food through her tube tonight. Our hope is to get her stronger to fight whatever she is going through. If there is no improvement within three days we will try a final effort with steroids. This is still leading back to severe gastroparesis but that also doesn't makes sense given the length of time she's been dealing with this - she is steadily deteriorating and after four weeks there should be improvement, and there isn't. We are hoping with the NG tube and getting real nutrition into her she will turn the corner. Regardless she has a long road to recovery if out efforts start working this week. If we see improvement, we will get an esophageal tube placed in her neck. This is where they place a feeding tube directly into her neck which can stay paced for a long period of time.
Thank you for your prayers for our baby goose girl! I really hope she will turn the corner with forced feedings and a full medication schedule this week.
