For many neurodivergent learners, it hasn’t been challenging, it’s been painful. Challenge stretches you with support. Pain asks you to override your needs. That’s not rigour. It’s gatekeeping. There’s a better way. #Neurodiversity #InclusiveLearning #SEND #DesablesCIC #EdTech

From the outside, it looks like focus. Inside, it's endurance. Many neurodivergent mind don't struggle to learn, they struggle to learn while erasing themselves. If learning requires you to disappear, it isn't working. Follow us as we rethink learning #Neurodiversity

Standing here today is proof that even in silence, growth is happening. This is beyond a ceremony, it is the evidence that hard seasons do bloom. And if they bloom for me, they can for you, too.🌻 MA in Visual Communication (with Advanced Practise) - Distinction.🎓

There may be explanations for your actions or justifications for your choices but they will not shield you from consequences. It is arrogant to think that explanations eliminate consequences, and naive to assume that just because a consequence is not immediate, it’s non-existent.

I often think about this. But I take solace (however unjustified) in the fact that I’ve gained much more self-awareness because of it. I’m not saying extroversion is antithetical to self awareness. I’m saying that I tend to lose myself in talking, but not in thought.

I am excited to announce that I won 1st place at the annual Purdue Literary Award since 1921, under Literary/Cultural Analysis Category, for my 20-page submission on "Oil on Water" by Helon Habila, shedding light on the environmental issues in the Niger Delta using ecocriticism

Language is, to me, the most important human invention. Without it, civilization falls apart. If you think about it, we HAVE to communicate, because reality is actually inside of us. Every time we speak that’s what we're trying to do—to present the world inside our own minds.

Let me debunk with facts about what the CEO of Airpeace said “Anybody Earning 200K Monthly In Nigeria Is Better Than Someone That Is Earning 2000 Dollars In The UK Or USA” If you live in the UK and earn £2000 per month, there are tendencies that you will not be living in London even if you work in the city. And if your work is remote-friendly, you will usually work from home. #Thread

And what if he doesn’t have a father? Does that mean his mother has failed him too? It's unsettling to think about the kind of influence you might have on your child. You could see that he didn't conform until he felt trapped.

His father has failed him. As for me, I am going to make sure my kid is not taking any rubbish from nobody.
