Connacht Rugby and @IrishRugby are delighted to announce the appointment of *Larissa Muldoon* as Connacht Women's Rugby Lead 🟢
A new role for the club, Larissa's appointment is part of a nationwide strategy with all four provinces to strengthen player pathways and accelerate the growth of the sport.
In Connacht, she will work with the Rugby Performance and Club & Community teams to support the progression of age grade players through to senior level, ensuring there is a sustainable and aligned system for females to reach their potential 💚
