What hurts the most is that Mbappé had far more exceptional seasons but was denied the Ballon d’Or because he “only won Ligue 1.” Yet somehow, winning the Bundesliga alone is now enough.

What will it cost @SportingLagos, @IkoroduCityFC and even @InterLagosFC to repaint the white backdrop of ONIKAN STADIUM.
I know the Lagos state government owns the stadium but if you are trying to market your club to the wider audience those little things shouldn't even be an issue.
You can't be using stadium and not have MAINTENANCE agreement with the owner of the stadium.
Very soon the ONIKAN STADIUM will become a ground that can't host league matches.
Is this a joke?
Equally ranked at the 29th place of the 2026 Ballon d’Or
