A new world record! 120 yards and counting! 🤯❤️
Ivo Steyaert and Merijn Geerts are absolutely incredible runners and love how they work together.
Backyard Ultra now lasts longer than Test cricket! 😁🙌🏻
Running, and even simply being able to move, is a privilege.
If you’re making an effort to take care of your health every day, despite everything life throws at you, you should be proud of yourself!
Someday, when you’re older, you might look back and wish you could run at that “turtle pace” just one more time.
Pace shaming has no place in the running community.
The running shots of Ruth Croft in this documentary are too good! ❤️
Such a wonderful watch this was.

Yard 34 underway. 432 runners remain.
Chilling in India. Teeth brushing in Australia.
Backyard Ultra World Team Championship 2026 is currently live and the team has put up such an amazing dashboard to follow the progress.
The race is just getting started 39 hours in! 😁

The body is finally responding positively to mileage and I am enjoying training again! Time to add back the long runs. 😌🙌🏻
If you’re trying to work your way back into running after a break, one of the best ways I’ve found to stay motivated is to focus on “time on feet” rather than chasing numbers like pace or distance.
Something as simple as “This week, I want to spend 6 hours on my feet.”
Time is much more controllable, and taking the pressure off performance helps you start enjoying the process again.
It’s an idea borrowed from ultrarunning, but I’ve found it works especially well when you’re trying to get back into shape.

Coming to India? No foreigner should enter India through Delhi. It’s a horrible introduction into India.
I’ve flown into many cities in India, and Delhi is hands down the worst experience. My advice: Avoid Delhi, and fly into Bangalore, or Kozikode, or Calcutta, or ANYWHERE ELSE!

Adoption Alert:
There is a tiny female kitten in my society who is injured. We are trying to get her treated but we need someone to adopt her and take good care of her.
Her survival outside is challenging, and want some kind souls to help. Please reach out to me or @saxenaakansha30 if you can help her! We stay in Whitefield.
