I think that's only partially correct. I think it's the STEADY that's the win.
Pick your cadence, effort level etc, but make sure you can sustain it. You'll get there, wherever that might be!
Just take the damn action. People don't care. Make the call, do the thing, you'll win or learn, people will respect you for having a go.

I'll give you a tip that will help you get found by the right people... stop talking about yourself, and simply talk / write / etc about the problems your business etc solves.
People go to the internet, whichever platform that might be, to find an answer to something.
