A cracking away day and a HUGE three points! Delighted for KP to score the goal that turned out to be the winner - Hopefully a big goal like that silences some of his critics, I think we’re a more dangerous team to play against when he’s involved and gets the right type of service. The composure Graham showed for his goal to capitalise on the slack back pass and round the keeper was outstanding - It was a bit of quality that we were missing with a couple of the chances earlier in the half. The second half was pretty cagey and we had to withstand a lot of territorial pressure, but overall I thought the backline were excellent - They deserved a clean sheet so it was so frustrating to lose the goal late on through a bit of slackness. I’d heard really good things about Suman and was really intrigued to see how he got on today - I was really impressed with his command of his box and his ability to come for crosses when required. The thing that took me by surprise was his absolute cannon of a left foot! We’ve won by some pretty big score-lines in recent weeks, but today we showed a lot of character and determination to grind out a result when we’re under pressure and not at our best - Those types of performances will be vital in what we want to achieve this season.

That’s a cracking draw! This must be the first time in quite a while that we’ll be playing a competitive fixture against Brora in Dingwall? It’s also the second year in a row that we’ve been drawn against Highland League opposition in the Third Round of the Scottish Cup.
