@premierinn So I book and get in my Premier Plus room in Stanstead Airport because I have Buisness meetings all day only to find out the the internet is not Premium Plus in the room and your staff know that it is not. So what did I pay for if I can have my meetings.

@easyJet so my wife wears special Assist lanyard it’s supposed to be hidden and she has just been called out by EasyJet in Alicante. So my wife is an anxiety traveller with other hidden issues is called out in front of everyone and then as her care person I was singled out

For my hand baggage being too big the same bag I travel on every easyJet plane the same that was checked at the baggage control. 58 Euros later your easyJet person continues to make a issue now my partner that has been directed by staff in the airport as special assistance is

Did you know if you have a #hiddendisability at @Gatwick_Airport. Speak to the service desk and they’ll supply with you with a sunflower lanyard so their staff can help you through the airport if needed, or not. Thank you Gatwick 🙏🏻

@BarclaysUKHelp so I go to my app to change my travel pack to the travel plus. The app says cancel one before you start the other. Now that I have cancelled my travel pack the Barclays App now says I can’t have anything. Or restore my old one.

Just to reiterate here YOUR APP TOLD ME I CAN UPGRADE IF I CANCELLED MY ORIGINAL. On nowhere was it stated you do not do travel packs anymore, until I had already cancelled mine as per the online instructions ON THE APP
