A bit of hopecore to fight against the state that football/the world finds itself in in 2026..
11 players that are fighting against evil (I love a flair for the dramatic) and using their platforms to create positive change. Good eggs. Gamechangers.
Wee Kirsty MacLean bodying Putellas and Geyoro, you love to see it
Brilliant today, Kirsty 👏

Shocked that Man United look better now than after Olid had had barely a month in charge, it's like you can't coach a totally new system in a matter of days?
Maybe Marink Reedijk isn't going to revolutionise football tactics leaving Hibernian as the most influential team since Cruyff's Barcelona
Genuinely wondering why it's not a red card for handballing it when it crosses the line just because you didn't handball it well enough. Like, I get she's not denied a goal but she has still handled it intentionally to try and stop the goal.
Slegers is so funny, it's like she's doing it now just because everyone is saying it's bad
Olivia Smith starts as Arsenal's No 9 with Russo in the 10, Baum and Foord either side of her. Hinds starts at left-back over Batlle despite not being in four matchday squads this season.

Temwa, Dumornay, Pajor. In that order.
Who should win the women's Ballon d’Or?
Our reporters asked a bunch of people in women’s football — players and managers, past and present, coaches, sporting directors, scouts and leading executives from around the world — to select their top 10 from the 30-strong Ballon d’Or Feminin shortlist.
Patri Guijarro came out on top with the most total points (15 points awarded per first-place vote, 12 for second, 10 for third and so on), finishing with 298 points in total.
Manchester City’s Khadija “Bunny” Shaw finished second with 276, followed by Spain and London City Lionesses' Alexia Putellas with 272.
This is hypothetical. Two-time Ballon d’Or winner Putellas is the favourite for this year’s Ballon d’Or according to pockets of the internet.
The winner will be announced in London on Monday, October 26.

I guess Balmoral is astro rather than grass so more likely to be playable? With the storm forecast I wouldn't be shocked if we see a bunch of games called off when we get to Sunday, mostly thinking of the wind being mental (hey, maybe we should try caring about climate change?)
The Club can confirm that Sunday's ScottishPower Women’s Premier League fixture against The Spartans has been moved to Balmoral Stadium.
The decision has been taken early in the hope of giving the fixture the best possible opportunity to proceed as scheduled, with a period of severe weather anticipated across Aberdeen and the North-east and yellow weather warnings in place for both wind and rain.

Not to be the friend that's too woke but I don't think we need the Scottish national team to announce who's been called up for under-15s
