when you have nothing to run on, when americans are angered by the widespread corruption, you try to foment fear and racial tensions. the walls are closing in, americans will vote to create real hurdles against the fascist trump administration in a week and a half

‼️ Did some canvassing in Saginaw, Michigan today. Democrats voters that wanted to talk said they will be/have sent in ballots for Abdul. But I also spoke to Republicans and independents that will be voting for him because of M4A and Israel/the war. I did not meet any Democrats for Mike Rogers.
- I met two Republicans that were voting blue (mixed households). One said Israel has full control cover us, that they need to be stopped and he supports free healthcare. He said he liked how Abdul based his platform around it and how it’s possible. The other said because “gas is over $5 now because of this war” that “it needs to end” and “Trump doesn’t seem to care.”
- One lady said she normally just votes blue but her son told her the importance of this election specifically and has been urging her to go vote early so she’s planning to this weekend
- Spoke to a few independents. One said he hasn’t voted at all in a long time but will be voting for Abdul this time around.

AIPAC is seriously targeting the Black community in Detroit to suppress turnout and help Mike Rogers. They sent several text to Black voters in Detroit telling them that Abdul is disrespectful to Black People. The media is doing thesame . I hope y’all don’t fall for it.
Republicans for Abdul El-Sayed is online and in real life. Meanwhile Democrats for Mike Rogers is just on Twitter 😕

Mike Rogers has tied himself to Donald Trump for years. With 9 days until the election and Trump’s approval rating in the low 30s, he sees the writing on the wall and is trying to distance himself.
Will @MikeRogersForMI disavow his campaign surrogate Donald Trump?

El-Sayed: "Don't get it twisted. I love America. I'm so grateful I get to raise my 2 daughters here in America. I just love America enough to call on her to be America for all of her kids."

Hasan Piker: “Trans people are 1% of the population. They shouldn’t be talked about endlessly. Muslims are 1% of the population. They shouldn’t be talked about endlessly. It’s not a Guatemalan migrant that made your housing more expensive. It’s your landlord, it’s hedge funds buying out all of these homes and rising up their prices. A transgender person is not the reason your energy costs are skyrocketing. It’s the wars we’re waging, the data centers sucking up the energy needs. This is just the truth”

Obama: "We've seen this movie before. I starred in it. I've got a long-form birth certification to prove it. This stuff didn't work on me. It's not going to work in Michigan on Abdul."

the event was just some people blasting music in an empty parking lot and a bounce house. this explains why in six months of volunteering, i’ve never met a “democrat for mike rogers”

Today has been the most confident I’ve felt about this race since the primary
