That's a grim viewpoint. I'm at endgame of SPMS, so 'totally buggered'. Technical term.
But in the 30 years or so I have had MS, DMT's have gone from roughly 30% effectiveness to 80%.
Early aggressive intervention is now understood as key. Too late for me, great for next gen.
