Loving how the Cavell meeting room in newly revamped Church House has been turned into a youth and children’s ministry library corner…more excitingly we are beginning to engage with this thinking more critically in our planning…
I haven’t used Twitter X is months, but @GWRHelp and @CrossCountryUK you can motivate someone to change! Day of the Oxford half marathon and all trains to Reading delayed by over an hour or cancelled. Utterly dreadful..
Wonderful to be with @revbridget to celebrate with @BarrySheerman on his 45 years as a (now retired) MP and to meet so many interesting people who have worked and supported his causes over the years.

@lewis_goodall says Labour is taking Reform's election wins as a clear message to address immigration.
Fantastic @Heidi_Labour …congratulations. Miss you in Lewisham, but so pleased for you and your home town!

Parishioners told none of their donated cash will be used for CofE's £100m slavery reparation fund
Bishop said some worshippers had "withdrawn support" but said cash will come from central coffers, not parishes
Will address "horrifying" legacy of slavery

Congratulations to @Joontheweb on her ordination as Deacon @churchofengland. She first joined the Good Shepherd nine years ago (having been active in local churches way before that!). So good to see her move into this ministry. A gift to @SouthwarkCofE
Hi @AmazonUK I pay for Prime, I don’t mind that you put adverts in shows available on Prime. What I do mind is that wheel of despair that never going away so I can’t finish the show after the second set of ads - despite 3 reboots and counting…
One of the benefits of running up and down hills in Greenwich Park. The others I am assured by people who believe in exercise are long term… – at Bromley, London
Once again the CofE liturgy and the Lectionary deliver what is needed to help start the working day…churchofengland.org/prayer-a… @churchofengland @CHPublishing

Deeply disturbed and shocked that a member of our church in Birzeit in Occupied West Bank has been arrested by Israeli forces. Layan Nasir is a 23 year old Palestinian Christian. Family don’t know where she is being held. Great concern and prayers for Layan and her family.
Right! Off to watch what will be an tight and closely fought competitive game of football. Can’t see there being more than one goal separating the two teams at FT ❤️💙🦅 – at Bromley, London

There’s some suggestions that this could be Crystal Palace’s worst season ever, so let’s spin that and take a more positive angle.
What season do you think has been the best ever for Crystal Palace in your life time? #CPFC 🦅
Privilege to be invited to @charliebelllive book launch tonight at my alama mater @KCLChaplaincy …lots of challenging issues discussed for the church to grapple with…
