$IOVA IMO, I truly believe the market’s response after the lung data update was the final shakeout before the acquisition. Many are acting like Iovance just got their approval in 2L melanoma stripped away and their entire TIL platform has been invalidated. We’re sitting in a much different position than we were when we bled from $18 to $1.60s. Iovance’s platform has drastically been derisked. IMO, I do not believe we’re entering a downwards, year-long spiral until next year. I’m looking forward to ER.

$QNT the GBTD partnership that is processing unlocks 100T annually in settlements as they move over to a tokenized world in a few years. On top of that you have 500-600T from the clearing house & any others who also decide to join. Quant has the ability within a few years to theoretically process 1 quadrillion annually with a 2.5b market cap today. Being realistic this won’t happen at once but there’s no reason why the markets won’t all eventually be tokenized.

$SLS When you track the time from Feb 2021 to the 80th event in Oct 2026, the true scale of the survival data becomes unbelievable clear: • The Extreme Duration: Some of those early-enrolled patients have been on GPS maintenance therapy for over 5.5 years (68 months). • The Clinical Contrast: For an (AML) patient in (CR2), surviving 68 months without a fatal relapse is virtually unheard of with standard chemotherapy or observation alone. On late 2022 the lead clinical doctors realized their patients in the GPS arm were surviving past the one-year mark without relapsing. Under the original trial design, patients were cut off after 15 injections (1 year of therapy). Seeing their patients continue in stable remission with zero cumulative toxicity, the doctors lobbied for the protocol change, which the FDA formally approved in Nov 2022 to allow unlimited dosing. Jan 2025 the data revealed that 80% of the GPS patients had successfully mounted this specific, aggressive T-cell defense.

$ANET Deferred revenue hit 6.87 billion dollars at June 30, up from 4.06 billion a year earlier. Total future revenue from contract liabilities, deferred revenue and other performance obligations was 8.4 billion, about 91 percent of it expected within two years. The 10-Q says product deferrals relate to contracts with acceptance clauses, so a chunk of the gear is shipped but not yet accepted. Non-cancelable purchase commitments were 9.7 billion against that, 9.4 billion of it due within 12 months. Two end customers were 26 percent and 16 percent of 2025 revenue. Arista reports Tuesday.

$NWBO It's increasingly likely that NWBO will get a National Priority Voucher (NPV) from the FDA in the next couple of months. Because if you look at what has happened, Trump was told about DCVax; he asks Dr. Oz to look into it; then Braelyn's mom shakes Trump's hand and she mentions DCVax to him and Trump asks an aide to hook up Braelyn's mom with Dr. Oz; mom talks with Dr. Oz and is told that Oz has spoken with FDA about DCVax. Whew! My guess is Dr. Oz has also spoken with the MHRA, because he needs to get back to Trump with all the facts. This is all looking too very good for NWBO.

$INTC just a reminder, INTC actually BEAT estimates on bottom line and came in almost EXACTLY on revenue. They guided relatively weak, but not THAT weak. In fact, they stated repeatedly that server sales are THROUGH THE ROOF and they can't make enough to fulfil demand. AI trade is still strong. Focusing just on PC sales is stupid.

$AMFN Brent Nelson anticipates the completion of an independent scientific review report evaluating the physics underlying the Texatron. This report/manuscript is strictly an academic, independent scientific review prepared by Dr. Brandenburg. Nelson emphasized that this scientific review is completely distinct from independent experimental validation. The review examines Brandenburg's mathematical and theoretical framework of the Texatron's plasma formation, compression, and confinement approach. It evaluates the physics of using short-duration electromagnetic pulses to compress toroidal plasma. It is intended to provide independent scientific scrutiny to share with shareholders, engineers, and prospective partners. However, management explicitly notes that this review does not establish commercial readiness, nor does it mean the Texatron has achieved fusion ignition or net energy gain.

$ASTS $ASTS - ASTS Readies Philippines Demonstrations AST SpaceMobile plans to begin satellite-to-phone operations in the Philippines "imminently" with Smart Communications, according to a Thursday filing with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The company said the necessary local approvals are in place and operations will use spectrum licensed exclusively to Smart. Smart has a 30-day permit to demonstrate AST's tech at four locations across Pampanga, Batangas, Ilocos Norte and Bataan. The demonstrations will connect standard phones directly to satellites using the 700 MHz, 850 MHz and 900 MHz bands.ASTS Readies Philippines Demonstrations

$ONDS has a pretty interesting opportunity with FEMA opening up $250M in counter-drone grants for local agencies ahead of 2028 Olympics. And with over 3K Dronebusters delivered plus experience at major sporting events Ondas already has a track record as counter-drone spending expands beyond the military.

$CAPR Hiring ahead of a PDUFA is normal. Context isn't. In Aug Q2 ER Linda told us they were running commercial readiness "at a slower pace until we have further regulatory clarity." Two Senior Director launch roles at $240-315K says the pace changed. Patient Services is "in support of the anticipated launch of deramiocel." Commercial Ops is for "Capricor's anticipated U.S. launch." Both are called hands-on launch leadership roles something NS Pharma was contracted out to do. So why pay half million a yr in base to rebuild what you already contracted out? Because you plan to run the launch yourself. Their Q2 filing said they're preparing to commercialize "independent of our existing distribution agreement." They're building like the arbitration goes their way. Successful arbitration means keeping all or most of the revenue.

$NBIS Everyone is obsessing over how $NBIS will finance its expansion. Meanwhile, the market seems to be completely ignoring one of the most important lines in Nebius' latest financing announcement: **Nebius now has more than $40 BILLION of long-term contracts with investment-grade customers.** Those contracts aren't just revenue visibility — they can also be used to support asset-backed financing. On top of that, Nebius just secured a **$3.5B facility with Citi**, while also having access to customer prepayments, operating cash flow and additional financing structures. So while the market keeps asking: *"How will Nebius finance its growth?"* Nebius is quietly building a financing structure backed by **$40B+ of long-term investment-grade customer commitments.** And the demand side certainly doesn't appear to be the problem. Microsoft and Google just reminded everyone how constrained AI compute capacity still is. The current debate around $NBIS isn't about whether customers want the capacity. It's about **how fast Nebius can build it.** That's a very different problem to have.

$ALT October 27 was an interesting day: * Two new Board members with extensive licensing, M&A and commercialization experience. * New HQ address in Morristown, apparently planned months ago but only now announced. * $10M Hercules loan draw following satisfaction of clinical and financial milestones, extending the interest-only period to June 2028. Three developments on the same day. Coincidence or coordinated timing? Could something have triggered this corporate transition? Perhaps encouraging AUD EOP2 feedback? We do not even know whether the FDA meeting has taken place, so this is purely speculation. Still, I find the timing intriguing, especially with AUD Phase 3 financing and a potential partnership being the next major strategic decisions.

$IOVA For all of you technical traders, your gap just got filled. Enjoy being "right" for the moment. $11 is a lower starting point for the next leg up, but such is the challenge of biotech investing. I wasn't selling anyway, so I continue to wait for $50 to sell my first 10% of my holdings. Today's news is bigger and better than many understand, but it's not immediate money in the bank, but more money down the road. GL longs. Predictive biomarkers are the future refinements necessary for personalized treatment that will cure more patients than currently possible with SOC.

$SLS The strongest official hint in REGAL came from SELLAS at the 60-event mark. They highlighted an 80% immune response rate in GPS patients (better than the prior Phase 2’s 64%) in the same release where they said futility was passed, safety was fine, and pooled median survival exceeded 13.5 months. This fits the idea that responders were still alive and the non-responders (~20%, about 12–13 patients) account for most GPS-arm deaths. The company likely wouldn’t have emphasized that number so prominently if it contradicted the positive interim picture. If that holds, most of the BAT arm would already have died by the 60-event mark — consistent with historical BAT data in this setting. It’s the clearest biological signal we have before unblinding. 💎
