6 Rules Every Man Should Live By (No Excuses Edition) 1. Never split the bill on a date. You asked her out. You lead. Period. If you can't cover dinner, you don't need a date, you need a better plan for your money. 2. Your word is your bond. Say you'll do it? Do it. Nobody's watching? Doesn't matter. Integrity isn't a show for an audience. It's who you are when the lights are off. 3. Stop treating your body like a rental car. You want energy, confidence, and a long run in business and life? Get in the gym, eat like you respect yourself, and go to bed. Quit making excuses and start making reps. 4. Call your mom. Seriously. You've got time to scroll for three hours but not five minutes for the people who built you? Pick up the phone. Today. 5. Feel it, own it, move forward. Bottling everything up isn't strength, and dumping it on everyone isn't either. Face what's going on inside you, deal with it like a man, and get back to work. 6. Leave everything better than you found it. Your job, your relationships, your city, the people around you. Don't just take. Add value. That's what winners do. Now quit reading lists and go execute.

The moment you blame someone, you hand them your power. Most people wake up every day and drift. “I can’t afford to live anywhere else.” “It’s not up to me.” That’s not reality. That’s a choice dressed up as a circumstance.

God gave you free will for one reason: so you could choose. That same power decides whether you’re rich or broke, fit or soft, kind or bitter. You were never powerless. You just stopped using it. What choice have you been calling a circumstance?

His stepbrother had $400 million sitting in FTX and never pulled it out. Then it crashed. $400 million wasn’t enough for him and it cost him everything. The lesson isn’t about crypto. It’s about knowing when you’ve won and taking the money off the table. What’s the number where you’d say it’s enough?

A college degree used to prove you could think. Now it mostly proves you could finish. Everything a classroom teaches is a search away. What no one can Google for you is how to solve real problems, deal with real people, and make real money. I’d take proven results over a piece of paper every time. Did your degree teach you more than the real world did?

Most deals aren't lost to objections. They're lost to salespeople who keep talking after "yes.”

Excuses are just lies you tell yourself so you don't have to do the work. The economy, the algorithm, "them"… all excuses. Get up and go get it.
