My real blocker in launching products is finding more PMs/ceos that can be obsessive in the pre pmf phase. I think of PMs as CEOs.
Nearly everything you build will fail. The only variable under your control is how fast you iterate and keep pushing, and without a lead that can actually do this for 2 cycles, you are order magnitude less likely to succeed.
My advice to startup founders is that post pmf companies look completely different then pre pmf.
Pre pmf CEO/product lead needs to micro manage and get into everyone’s business. Until the people revolt because they are so busy dealing with actual growth problems and know better than the CEO.
I was force pushing code and telling ICs what to code until one by one the demand was breaking things that they knew how to fix better than me.
The best I can say is that all my ideas were directionally right and the ways they were wrong were fixable later.

an entire L1 blockchain is preparing to migrate to Solana!
@ZetaChain plans to shut down its Layer 1 on December 9 and move $ZETA to solana, pending governance approval.
here's the breakdown:
- $ZETA migrates 1:1 as a native Solana token.
- existing holders retain their token balances.
- ~55M ZETA in undistributed emissions scheduled for burning in 2027.

Solana replaced its consensus protocol in October. Alpenglow went live on mainnet on the 21st, targeting ~150ms finality.
October was a month of records across network speed, tokenized assets, payments, and institutional access.

- founder vs. brand accounts are two different surface areas = more shots at bat
- if you're struggling to make the brand account sound 'different' give it catchphrases and specific word & emoji rules
- reuse reuse recycle
- build a habit, then add more on top / take bigger bets
- add your early fans to a groupchat to use for distribution maxxing
- podcast: post when you record, post when it's live, then follow with clips
