The life you want usually sits on the other side of the disciplines you avoid.
Small habits. Repeated daily. That’s how you rebuild your body, mind, finances, and future.
You don’t need a miracle. You need standards.#Discipline #SelfGrowth #MindsetShift #MensGrowth #explorepage
I used to measure progress by feedback.
Now I measure it by alignment.
I’ll keep doing the work, sharing what’s real, and living healthy—whether it’s loud or quiet.
The right people always find consistency.
I’m officially in the Muscle & Fitness competition 💪

Yo, these kids are different. This is an eighth grader out here in California. 6 foot one and hands already ridiculous. Tap in.
DAWGS. Jason was the first person we met when we made our first visit to UGA. The welcome he gave us was the beginning of 4 yrs of memories! BUT, sometimes LIFE HAPPENS, and a test of faith has touched his household. DAWGS, if it’s in ur heart, HELP!!!

I hope my DAWG FAMILY and all others are safe down there in New Orleans!!! This is a crazy world we live in, but we still gotta have hope!!!! GoDawgs!!! 🐶
I used to train this little kid‘s dad! His dad was a beast.. now he is raising a beast. It is so cool when kids that I’ve trained now have their own children and want to make sure that “Coach“ Milton sees the product of what he helped instill in them. Coaches get ready! Up next!
Happy Veterans Day to the TRUE PATRIOTS that served and have that DD 214!!! Appreciate you all and proud to share this day with you!!!!
You would think after last season, they would actually recruit an offensive line. But that’s what happens when you only focus on three players. 🤷🏾♂️
