Not every run needs company. Sometimes, you need to run your own race. Run with people when you want the energy. Run alone when you need to listen to your body and stick to your training.
Because the goal is to become a better version of yourself.
Learn to run your own race. 🐺
Holy shot.

Our Police? They serve themselves, not the people — greedy, entitled, and utterly undeserving of respect. My mind’s made up and no one’s changing it. Stuck living under this broken system. Can’t help it.
Stay as far as possible from them.
Unbelievable. Without CCTV, this abuse would never have seen daylight....who would believe a tea vendor over a cop?
🚨At Mathura Railway Station, a Govt Railway Police sub-inspector has been suspended after CCTV footage captured him assaulting and hurling obscene abuses at a tea vendor over a delay in preparing tea
He allegedly threatened the vendor, saying “I’ll pee in your mouth”
The vendor Suraj was cleaning his stall when GRP sub-inspector Vivek Kumar reportedly asked for tea around 8 am. Suraj said it would take a few minutes, the officer left and returned around 8:30am, furious that the tea was still not ready..Footage shows the officer slapping the vendor repeatedly abusing him
WOW

In India, assault (causing hurt) is gender-neutral under BNS 115/117: up to 1-7 years jail + fine possible. But no equivalent to PWDVA for male victims, and Haryana police routinely dismiss men’s complaints in public/domestic abuse as “family issues.” No FIR or arrest reported in this case. Real chances she gets jailed: near zero without the man filing, pushing hard, and solid evidence—which rarely happens due to bias and mockery.
First race of the year. Tuffman tested me, the journey taught me. Grateful and moving forward.... 🙌🏃

Visit the official PlayStation Store on Brigade Road, the only one in South India.
Run by Mr. Suhail, whose family has owned it since 1939.
He explains everything patiently and in detail.
Standout fact: PS5 is never repaired, only replaced.
Under warranty: full replacement.
Out of warranty: pay a small fixed amount for replacement.
No local repairs; all handled via Tokyo.
This clarity builds trust.
Mr. Suhail is Secretary of the Brigade Shops & Establishments Association and helped design Brigade Road’s shop layout and parking.
If in Bengaluru, don’t buy a PS5 online or elsewhere. Buy it here.
Some stores prioritize experience over discounts.
Kudos to Bangalore Traffic Police for cracking down on wrong-way driving/riding on one-ways! Much-needed step for road safety. 👏
Hoping enforcement stays strong & consistent... seen way too many bikers without licenses. Execution is key!
DL Suspension will be done by RTO for against one way & reckless riding violation. Never ride against the flow of traffic, ur an obstruction & dangerous to other road users. @Acpvnagartrfbcp ; @blrcitytraffic
The flood of road rage & accident videos on social media is horrifying. What does it say? We’ve lost value for life, or enforcement is too weak to enforce traffic rules. Heartbreaking...
lives shattered daily across India. Autos, trucks, bikes, cars, buses none spared. Govt & authorities, step up, stronger laws, better roads, real accountability. Lives depend on it.

My take on this:
I don’t believe the Supreme Court can adhere to its own decisions for very long. It has a tendency to retract from its earlier words, final judgments, or rulings.
What’s the point of being “Supreme” then?
- For every dog bite and every death, states may be forced to pay heavy compensation.
- If dogs are taken into homes, they should be kept there; allowing them to roam freely and bite or chase people causes lifelong damage.
- Emotions seem to be only for the dogs, not for humans.
- Supreme Court of India.
Unless we prioritise pedestrian safety and build truly walkable cities and towns, we are not progressing.
Civic sense must be taught from the school level using footpaths, respecting public space, and following basic rules.
I’m a regular runner, yet I’m forced to travel 20 minutes just to reach a park because my neighbourhood has no safe, maintained footpaths to run on.
The unchecked entitlement of citizens has taken us to a point where public spaces are abused daily.
This has corrupted our collective consciousness and turned our cities into some of the most unsafe places for pedestrians.
In India, Indians use sidewalk to park cars and then die walking from the roads. Over the 5-year period from 2019–2023, pedestrians accounted for about 1,50,000 deaths (nearly 20% of total fatalities) with 35,000 in 2023 itself.
Vision Zero cannot succeed without safe pedestrian infrastructure. Cities that protect walkers protect everyone.

In this country you can live a great life if you have money and power. Law is a big JOKE on all our face. I try to keep my life as minimal as possible far far away from conflicts and the khaki brothers..
Have you heard of Rajagopal the owner of Sarvana Bhavan the dosa king from Chennai?
Sometimes the world feels chaotic because we’ve started treating opinions like universal facts that everyone must follow.
But opinions are personal - they’re meant to be shared, not forced.
Let’s remember that coexistence means respecting each other’s space to think and choose. It’s a small step, but it can reduce a lot of the noise around us.
