Worship is more than a song; it is the posture of a heart surrendered to God.
He remains worthy, in every season and through every circumstance. 🙌🏽

There is no shame in admitting that you cannot do something.
Think about David when he was going to fight Goliath.
It was his first time facing a man of Goliath’s stature, even though he had fought a lion and a bear before.
Saul gave him his armour, and David tried it on. But he couldn’t move comfortably in it, so he took it off.
He didn’t say, “Let me manage. Let me pretend I know what I’m doing so nobody thinks I’m inexperienced.”
No. He put it aside and went with what he knew.
And he killed Goliath.
Now, imagine if David had insisted on using Saul’s armour just to prove that he could. He would have gone into that battle with something that wasn’t suited to him.
Sometimes, the problem isn’t that you lack the ability to win. It’s that you’re trying to win with what doesn’t work for you.
Let’s bring this home.
Someone asks you to edit a video using Adobe Premiere Pro. You’ve never used it before, but you’re familiar with CapCut, InShot and other editing apps.
Instead of pretending you know Premiere Pro and delivering a terrible job, why not say, “I’m not familiar with Premiere Pro yet, but I can deliver this using CapCut”?
If the task requires Premiere Pro specifically, be honest about your current limitations and be willing to learn. But if the goal is to deliver a beautiful video and CapCut can get the job done, use what you know.
There is a difference between being incapable and being unfamiliar with a tool.
And as you grow in life, you must learn to recognise that difference.
You want to get to the top, so you keep saying yes to everything. Can you do this? Yes. Can you handle that? Yes. Can you deliver this? Yes.
Meanwhile, you have no idea how to do half the things you’ve agreed to.
And when you eventually fail to deliver, you damage the very reputation you’re trying to build. People become reluctant to recommend you because they can no longer trust your word.
Listen, admitting that you don’t know something doesn’t make you less capable. It gives you room to learn, improve and make better decisions.
David went on to fight many more battles. He didn’t remain the young shepherd who fought Goliath. He grew into a king and a warrior.
You, too, will grow. You will learn new tools, acquire new skills and become capable of handling things you cannot handle today.
But you don’t have to pretend you’ve arrived when you’re still learning.
So, my word for you this weekend is simple: learn to put it aside.
Put aside what you cannot handle yet. Be honest about what you know. Use what you have mastered when it can get the job done, and learn what you need to learn for the next level.
You don’t have to prove that you can do everything.
Sometimes, wisdom is knowing what to put aside so you can win the battle in front of you.
God has blessed us to be a blessing to others❤️
The first picture was the post, the second was someone’s response/questions (read both carefully).
Done? Now, read this 👇🏾
This is where the ministry of the Holy Spirit comes in.
Look at David and how skilled he was in different things. David could play instruments, he could sing, and he was also a shepherd. We probably wouldn’t have known the full extent of his abilities until Saul needed someone who could play the harp, and someone recommended David.
But think about it, David didn’t abandon shepherding because he could play an instrument. He was doing what was in front of him, developing different skills, and then God aligned his steps in a way that eventually brought him into the palace.
And when he became king, he didn’t go back to being a shepherd. But the things he learned while shepherding weren’t wasted. The same man who cared for sheep would eventually be responsible for leading people. What he learned in one season would serve him in another.
So, when it comes to trying something and failing, the answer isn't necessarily to give up, or to keep going. Sometimes, you need to try again. Sometimes, you need to recognise that you’ve learned what you needed to learn and move on.
And this is why I’m a firm believer in the ministry of the Holy Spirit. As believers, we have the Holy Spirit for a reason. As we walk with Him, He can guide us on when to persevere, when to try a different approach, and when it’s time to move on to something else.
We should also learn to give things our best shot. Try. Learn. Develop the skill. Give yourself the opportunity to discover what you’re capable of. Even if it doesn’t work out the way you hoped, you may have learned something about yourself that you wouldn’t have discovered if you never tried.
Not everything you learn is something you’ll do forever, but that doesn’t mean it was a waste.
David didn’t remain a shepherd forever, but his time as a shepherd still mattered.
And that’s the part we sometimes miss. We can become so focused on finding the one thing we’re meant to do that we dismiss every other experience that doesn’t look like the final destination.
But sometimes, some of those experiences are developing something in you that you’ll need later.
So, the point of trying isn’t always to discover what you’ll do for the rest of your life, but sometimes to learn, grow, and become better equipped for wherever God leads you next.
ARE YOU READY FOR WHAT’S COMING? 🔥
SPIRITUALS 5 will be live on Sunday, 25th October 2026 on the Winlos Channel

On today’s series of Gates, Keys and Authority, we explored the power of prayer in accessing gates of divine direction, supernatural defence, and divine recognition. 🔥🔥
Prayer is more than a strategy; it is the believer’s nature!
