my ed actually primarily IS about looks sorry 😛😛 im that vain and shallow fucker y’all speak of
a short thread on how I lost 8kg in less than 2 months (September & October)
how to stay motivated and what to expect 🌷
8. oh yah you are not actually gonna process how much smaller you're becoming on daily. But please pretend as if you can because it keeps you motivated and it's literally true.
Each day you eat less, you weigh less that's it.
7. Literally distract yourself
When I lost most weight was when I took a break from closely monitoring my ed and started doing other interesting stuffs.
You can watch long ass series, play games, things that'll make you forget you're existing.
The rest of these are just my preferences
5. More of OMAD, less of fasting. If you want long term progress.
6. Don't weigh in too often. I do it at the end in the 4th week of the month cus weighing daily can be so mentally tasking.
4. Manifest it.
Basically pretend as if you're already skinny, that's very effective for me. Also I got close with people with my gw that I secretly compete with. It's not healthy so you don't have to do it.
3. Try to remember why you started..
If I'm feeling less motivated, I think of Christmas, fact that I don't want to look big in baggies and fact that I can't afford loosing days of progress and I'm stuck with my ed.
So genuinely always remind yourself of why you're doing it.
2. Second week, OMAd cus i can't let my body forget how to process food.
I lost so much in my breast and butt..
Expectation: You can't dictate where to lose first. But once there's no more to lose at that place your body will literally go for other fats and It will even out..
1. The first week (September) was so easy basically. I did OMAD and fasted whenever I felt full
Expectation: You're gonna feel so weak at first because of the sudden change in calories. It gets better tho
I personally romanticize feeling tired & weak out of hunger and it helps.
7. LASTLY, they don't view food like a big deal and don't binge on their favourites which most people kind of do. They don't get excited about eating and they don't plan meals ahead. Most of them are also very physically active and involved in things that keeps them busy all day
6. They genuinely don't give a fuck about their eating habits
Because I'm disordered, I'm hyper focused on it but I've never really gotten that impression from them. To be fair when it comes to their body in general, they seem very detached and kind of forgetful.
