A Stormont department did not keep records of calls and in-person meetings linked to the controversial proposed allocation of funds to a football club.
A Freedom of Information (FoI) expert says the lack of records is โstrange and puzzlingโ and raises โdisconcerting questionsโ about whether โofficials are consistently failing to record matters adequatelyโ.
It follows revelations that Education Minister Paul Givan wanted to allocate ยฃ30,000 to a Co Armagh football team, Richhill AFC.

Iโm delighted to announce that the new Invest NI North West Regional Office will be located in Derryโs Ebrington Plaza.
The new office will ensure that Invest NI is more visible, accessible, and embedded in the local community supporting business development and growth across the North West.
