Just read the new @suttontrust report on policy reforms over the last few decades and this one graph really jumps out at me. This situation seems unsustainable.
@Samfr writes: "these issues are the major reason for the pressure on SEND funding, which is causing serious issues for most local authorities, and for the inability of Children and Adolescent Mental Services to provide adequate support in many parts of the country. Which in turn increases the pressure on untrained school staff who are left to pick up the pieces."
