En el folklore mexicano, durante el primero y segundo de Noviembre, aquellas personas fallecidas cruzan a este mundo para visitar a su familia y estar juntos por unas noches. Se ponen altares con velas, papel picado, las cosas favoritas o representativas de la persona fallecida, comida y las fotos de nuestros seres amados que ya no están. Quise comisionar este arte para poder celebrar con mi personaje favorito está hermosa tradición en mi país. Está es Katie vestida como una Catrina, que es una de las partes más representativas de está tradición y de mi cultura. Arte hecho por kikuanemo comisionado por mí 🫶🏻.
