Travel day looks a little different this time: no tow vehicle, just a train from D.C. to NYC. Blair has put in the miles, and Sunday she's running the NYC Marathon. I'll be the guy on the sidelines cheering for her. Piper is living her best life with friends in D.C., and we'll all be back together at the Airstream on Monday. Thanks for following along! 🚆

Spent the day at @colonial_airstream checking out a brand-new trailer for some friends. What a great experience from start to finish.
Got here early this morning and spent the day in the showroom and back in the maintenance bays. Everything looked clean and well cared for, the team was fantastic, and it was good to catch up with Patrick again. Love this dealership — it’s a beautiful place and the crew here clearly takes pride in what they do. Thank you for the hospitality and for everything you do for the Airstream community.

New video: Medora, the TR Presidential Library, and Blair’s OneWheel crash.
Alison and I rolled from Pompeys Pillar into Medora. Three hours at the new Presidential Library was not enough. Free trolley to the Medora Musical (250 show). Quick stop in Rugby at the geographical center of North America. Then the quiet recovery days at Grand Forks AFB lasted one night.
Helmet on. First time. It cracked. She’s okay.

Back on the old stomping grounds at VMI today. Blair and I walked the campus for a bit and checked out what’s changed since I was here as the Assistant Marine Officer Instructor from 2008–2011. A lot looks different, but it still feels like home. Proud honorary member of the Class of 2012.
