This helps with the mental barrier of working out feeling like it has to be this big thing. And much easier to decide maybe you’ll jog a few blocks this time once you’re already out and about.

Oh man I feel this. If you have an Apple Watch, the narrated outdoor walks are nice. If not, get a good playlist or podcast and tell yourself all you have to do is walk around the block. Then, if you want to stop, you can. But maybe once you’re out, you’ll want to do more.
