Heartbreaking turn in a story we’ve talked about many times over the years. Cruise ship “condos” have had a tumultuous go, and Villa Vie’s announcement that “it has suspended operations” will have long-term, devastating ramifications.
We booked the Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber inaugural cruise when it was first announced. Imagine our surprise when we logged in and saw this little update to the itinerary name!

Our Oosterdam sailing to check out HAL Evolution was canceled and we were automatically rebooked on a “similar” Spain & Gibraltar sailing.
The irony? Gibraltar isn’t even on the new Spain & Gibraltar sailing!!! 😂🤦♂️

Hey @Chase - can you help me understand why I’m still fighting with Marriott over a Bonvoy stay booked through Chase portal that they say doesn’t qualify for nights? It’s a stay booked at The Edit and now they say it doesn’t qualify (direct opposition of what the portal says). 🤦♂️
Our at-home “lose the cruise weight” routine is officially coming to a close. Salad and Go is going out of business with today being their final day. We will miss them so much! Thank you to all of the Greenies (crew) that served us over the years. 💙 #SaladandGo #RIP
