ALT We have recently been excited to announce the launch of our new iOS app and website, along with a new Premiere subscription option for our members. The Classic subscription will offer the same services as before and we will continue to invest on improving and adding services for all members. Every member, regardless of subscription, will continue to have access to the same list of casting opportunities on Spotlight as before, on exactly the same terms, and casting directors will not know whether performers are Classic or Premiere members. This new Premiere offering is intended to provide value-add features, rather than an advantage, aiming to pack more of performers’ working professional needs into one package within Spotlight. We know that Performers’ choice of subscription will depend on what level of support they need in their career, what type of Performer they are and what features are of most interest to them.

ALT Over the past number of years, we have additionally introduced various new ways to help performers who may be struggling financially. For example, we have changed the rules around our Monthly Direct Debit option, making it a rolling subscription and flexible rather than being locked into a 12 month contract. We have also introduced a Bursary Scheme for Classic subscribers for those particularly struggling, and offer a discount for our deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent performers on all subscription types.
