Deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Governor Arnold Palacios.
Arnold was a devout leader of the Northern Mariana Islands, and his commitment to service drove his dedication to the people as governor. Praying for comfort for his family, friends and the great people of the Commonwealth during this time.
