That's wrong. ZUN still owns the copyright for all 5 games. The bigger problem is, that the games contain copyright-protected material he took from others without crediting them. And there is also the technical side, that porting PC98 games to modern systems is not easy.

Atm the store page is only available in the JP eShop. Probably it will be available for the rest of the world on release date.

When I wrote this tweet, my last information was, that Brliron didn't had access to the exe yet (see screenshot). Probably he got it some time later.

At least on Steam. Don't know about the Switch and Playstation versions (they seems to be Japan-exclusive at the moment).

We don't use AI for translation. It was made by people who translate Touhou games for years.

They came with a list of languages they wanted to support and didn't allow to add new ones. As for Thcrap support, we don't know the structure of the exe and internal files, so it might take a lot of work depending on how complex it will be.

While I'm working on TH03, let's design the replay format I'll use for Shuusou Gyoku and PC-98 Touhou! If there's anything you've ever wanted to see in a replay format, now's your chance to influence the design and feature set. github.com/nmlgc/ssg/issues/…
