What’s the correct name for someone who is paid public money to represent UK citizens in Parliament but instead chooses to go before a Congressional Hearing in the US to slag off the UK and urge Trump’s government to take action against us?

Volodymyr Zelenskyy is an extraordinary leader. A man who has for three years been coping with his own ongoing trauma, whilst carrying the hopes and fears of his traumatised people, stays strong as he is shouted down by two bullies.

Whilst Chancellor Rachel Reeves turns to a forecast by Office for Budget Responsibility which predicts real GDP growth over the next 5 years she fails to point out the same report also says this
“Weak growth in imports and exports over the medium term partly reflect the continuing impact of Brexit, which we expect to reduce the overall trade intensity of the UK economy by 15% in the long term"
I think that’s important. RT if you do to

Yes, the problem with this sort of question is that a few weeks back he was encouraging and facilitating far-right violence in the UK. Quite tough for No.10ro then be all friendly with him.
'Surely you should have people like him in the room with you?

This is bollocks. My son lives in Amsterdam. If you include their health insurance premium, their tax rates are materially higher than those in the U.K. £ for £. The flip side is that the infrastructure largely functions effectively, and the two things are closely linked.

Somehow Con MPs have managed to (a) eliminate the candidate with the clearest appeal to swing voters the party needs (Cleverly) and (b) ensure that whoever wins the members ballot starts without the support of most MPs.

💷You've probably heard @RachelReevesMP is considering some seemingly technical changes that could give her LOTS more money to invest in the Budget.
🤔How does that work?
It comes back to a) the fiscal rules & b) the headroom she has against them.

Everybody knows the Conservative Party in government would have handled Chagos Islands exactly as Labour have. Because they did. And Farage can bluster but populists ultimately cause chaos then have to accept realities as well. Again, we saw it happen.

🌏Chagos Island deal has descended into huge political blame game...
There were 13 rounds of talks with Mauritius, 11 of which took place under Tory govt who started process.
So far, Tom Tugendhat has blamed James Cleverly who has blamed Liz Truss who has blamed Boris Johnson who now says agreement is "completely wrong" to do.
Labour claims they had no choice but to sign deal because of legal mess left behind.

Let’s not forget:
1) Pence’s family was with him at the Capitol on J6.
2) Pence’s security detail were so worried for their safety they made goodbye calls to their families.
That day could have been much worse if the rioters had found Pence—and Trump couldn’t have cared less.
From p. 142 of Jack Smith's filing:
"Upon receiving a phone call alerting him that Pence had been taken to a secure location, [PERSON 15] rushed to the dining room to inform [Trump] in hopes that the defendant would take action to ensure Pence’s safety. Instead, after [P15] delivered the news, the defendant looked at him and said only, “So what?""
