This is a Roshel Senator-style armoured vehicle, built in Brampton, Ontario. ICE placed an expedited order with Roshel last November for a fleet of 20 such vehicles.
It is unclear who is operating this particular vehicle (i.e. ICE, the National Guard, etc). What is clear is that this vehicle - which is subject to Canada's arms export legislation - is now on the streets of Minneapolis, being used amid ICE's widespread human rights violations.
