OPERATION PROTECT THE VOTE
My office today charged six more noncitizens for illegally registering and voting, bringing California’s total to 34.
Defendants announced today:
• Sirgalahad Camua, 43, of Palmdale, voted by mail in May 2020, November 2024 and June 2026.
• Krystel Capi Valle, 31, of Palmdale, voted by mail in November 2022.
• Moria Dahan, 35, of West Hills, voted in person in the November 2024 general election.
• Chad Goertz, 52, of Agua Dulce, voted by mail in November 2022 and November 2024.
• Mahyar Nikzad, 35, of Canoga Park, voted in March and November 2024.
• Gilberto Ruiz, 46, of Palmdale, voted by mail in November 2022, March 2024 and November 2024.
We have charged 34 defendants in Operation Protect the Vote. Every name was on the list provided to California officials. Every illegal ballot dilutes an American citizen’s vote, which is illegal and unconstitutional.
Every person charged is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

THERE ARE 20,000 ballots LA is trying to shield RIGHT NOW that are likely noncitizens as well!
They LIED about it under oath on their paperwork to become naturalized citizens
According to prosecutors, they voted in elections from 2020 to 2024, with more voting this year
And Democrats keep telling us noncitizen voting "never happens."
Sequester the ballots and save the midterms!

The co-pilot aboard the Learjet that tragically crashed in Palm Beach County, Florida, has been identified as 20-year-old Nathalia Gadelha.
The aircraft’s final moments were captured in heartbreaking air traffic control audio.
She had her entire life ahead of her.

This is co-pilot Nathalia Gadelha Filgueiras taking off in the very Learjet 60 N722BD that crashed yesterday at Greenacres, Palm Beach County, Florida. The 20-year-old aviator earned her private pilot's license at just 17, before even getting her driver's license. She clearly loved aviation from a young age.

🚨👀On October 29, an AMO MQ-9 Predator aircraft on patrol detected a group of illegal aliens near Smugglers Hills. The MQ-9 crew coordinated with our Deming Air Unit, which responded with an ASTAR crew and, working alongside Lordsburg Border Patrol agents on the ground, quickly effected the group’s apprehension. The coordinated effort resulted in 12 subjects being detained and transferred to Border Patrol agents for processing.
Do not attempt to cross the border illegally. You will be apprehended, processed, and removed!
