Yes depending upon the setup; small buck only and I always am prepared to spook. I’ve had great success with them .

Agree. Years ago I watched a small six cross an 8 acre field making a B line for decoy I had set out. Obviously he came across that field to check it out. Really fun to watch.

I like them but can be a pain at times to haul out and setup.When I have had deer come in while using a decoy they were so focused on the decoy it gave me the opportunity to move if needed.

Killed my best buck using one, was in big open woods and grunted at him from 100 yards, he beelined right to the decoy. But that’s been my only success story, many other times a young buck would come in and beat up my decoy.
