Please explain to me @coolideas_ZA , why a line that was supposed to come FREE with installation took THREE months to install whilst we were still paying for internet.
Also why even after paying for the new cable (which, again, is supposed to be free) was the line HALF installed by @vumatel with no follow-up for days?
