Started smoking wings at 11 am. Finished at 1 am. I thought I bought 500, I bought 600. We lost wings #479, #432, and #451 from gravity. Wing #533 was launched into orbit during a hand cramp. And wings #123-127 were taste tested successfully.

Just hung up with the committee chair. Good conversation. CPM: why is Notre Dame ranked behind BYU? Chair: they have the same record and we go to head to head result CPM: I notice Alabama is ranked 5 and Tennessee is ranked 13. Chair. They have the same record and we go to head to head result except in this case where we decided to rank the blowout winner 8 spots lower CPM: why is Notre Dame, the number one team in Vegas and all the powet rankings outside your top 10? Chair: they don’t have a win over one of the teams on our top 25 board here CPM: I see Indiana is number 4. I assume they have multiple wins over teams in your top 25. Chair: no they don’t CPM: oh so maybe only one top 25 win? Chair: no, not even one. CPM: thanks!

ND comes in at 11 in the CFP, fine whatever. However: The goalposts move like a revolving door for these people. SOR for some rankings, eye test and FPI for others. It is not a combination of both. It is weaponizing stats and manipulating data to fit an agenda. 75% of this makes zero sense.

Notre Dame has played Army and Air Force a combined 10 times since 2006. The only player injured was TE John Carlson, who hurt his knee against against Air Force in 2006. For context, 9 ND players were hurt in the last 10 vs Navy. 900% higher injury rate.
