Can't be said enough. Yes, MJ revenue has grown a lot the last few years but is still a relatively small part of the overall budget. Big money always comes from income & sales taxes. Use this as a party trick next time someone asks why pot taxes aren't paving highways in gold.
Marijuana revenue is a relatively small part of what #coleg will budget later this session, however.
