Using @firecrawl for a client's deep research agent has been amazing. I kept thinking, "I should hook this into Claude Code." Finally did it weeks later via MCP for my own research tasks. Why didn’t I do this sooner? Claude Code WebFetch is trash in comparison.

I taught Claude Code to make beautiful @matplotlib charts! I Built an opinionated skill for publication-quality figures, in a style that I like. It's a work in progress and I hope others will contribute. github link below 👇

This is the way. For us ML plebs, who don't have FANG sized budgets, we have to dig up old ideas and innovate on them. Good strategy though. Kinda like this: xitter.cf/david_perell/status/13…
Nintendo has a product-development philosophy called "Lateral Thinking with Withered Technology." It led to the Game Boy, the 20th century's most successful game console. Basically, you can innovate with old and cheap technologies instead of obsessing over the cutting edge.

If it's Turing complete, they will come. I'm compiling a list of unique examples of compute, built on sometimes *interesting* systems. Art for art's sake - intrepid creators, I salute thee! h/t @alfcnz for inspiring this. More examples welcome. 🧵 👇

I got the above from a HN link: news.ycombinator.com/item?id… @tylermorganwall has also built a roller coaster, but in R - aka "DataCoaster". Neat! xitter.cf/tylermorganwall/status…
Entire #RStats rollercoaster created by flying around a scene interactively using #rayrender's new interactive renderer! (but watch your head!)

48. One of the most exciting shifts now possible (given the nature of remote knowledge work) is the economic emancipation of youth aged 14–18. Small steps toward this represent radical threats for traditional educational establishments.
