End of the latest @NFCC_FireChiefs course, HIWFRS just gained 4 more skilled and #highstandard Emergency Response Drivers ⭐️ Over 3,500 miles covered between the two courses on all road types to give as much exposure as possible. @Basingstoke_01 @ShanklinFire 🚒🚔🛣️

Whilst at drill this evening having a catch up with @brucegordonfire, @hiwfrs_control tipped us to assist @BordonFire03 with a fire in the open. 1 x dead tree alight, 1 x HRJ used. Our appliance ensured Bordon was topped up with water to resolve the incident #teamworking

Last nights incident shows the importance of a good fire door. This door was between the garage and the house and is required under building regs to be a fire door. It did its job perfectly. #firedoor #firesafety #lifesaver
