Such a fantastic afternoon delivering a workshop @sunderlanduni for the BA ITT students.
We had the best time with @tiny_tweeties in our primary BA conference today. Bringing the curriculum to life through music, physical activity and story telling, the trainees left the session armed with so much to consider and apply in their future practice.

It #NationalHugDay today and this just melts our hearts. Oxytocin is released when you cuddle, reducing anxiety, lowering blood pressure and helping you to feel connected and safe. This is co- regulation in action using our music and it’s wonderful to see @St_Benets 🥰

Our Superheroes theme has been a joy over the last two weeks. Seeing children and their lovely families back socialising, moving, imagining, singing, smiling, interacting, storytelling, learning and sharing lovely positive experiences in collective participation with others.
Delivering online sessions for our school portal members has been very special indeed. Don’t worry, it’s not the end! We’ll definitely be singing and dancing with all of you again very soon. Enjoy being reunited with all your friends next week. X
