I'm sure that has nothing to do with the fact that everyone's health is completely fucked...
Last year while living in an epic Costa Rican jungle pad with @thepaulosophy and a bunch of other guys, I had the house WiFi router in my room.
It was a very health-centric crew, so we agreed I would turn the router off every night when I went to bed, and turn it back on each morning when I got up.
There was only one night out of the entire trip I had a bad night's sleep. Kept waking up, feeling wired, unable to get back to sleep easily...
Got up the next morning, and realized I forgot to turn off the router that night. Only night of the whole trip I forgot to, and that was literally the only factor that changed compared to all of the other nights that I slept great.
In the months since, I've done additional tests on my sleep/dream quality with vs. without WiFi being on in the house.
Every metric is better when WiFi is shut off. Definitively.
EVERYONE should be doing this every night if at all possible. Especially those who have a generally difficult time getting good/consistent sleep. It's very likely that your brain is extra-sensitive to EMFs, and they are invisibly disrupting your sleep cycles.
Also, everyone should make sure your phone is either on airplane mode, or ideally OFF if you must have it in your room with you while you sleep (also make sure it's not charging; this creates an additional EMF field).
I know these things sound annoying to some, but trust me, you get used to it. I used to not sleep well at all when I was younger, but combining these routine changes, plus being fueled by 24/7 ketosis (carnivore diet), has made me sleep like an absolute baby 99% of nights.
