Southwest Airlines will soon require plus-size travelers who take up space in the neighboring seat to purchase a second ticket. What are your thoughts on this policy? ✈️ @WCPO
Starting January 27, 2026, the second seat will no longer be automatically refunded. Refunds will only apply if:
• The flight departs with at least one open seat
• Both seats were purchased in the same fare class
• A refund is requested within 90 days
Have you ever found unexpected charges on your bill from a 'free trial' you forgot to cancel? I'm working on a story about these auto-renewal practices and would love to hear your experience. @WCPO

What’s iconic ab Cincinnati? They’re kidding, right? We don’t need mink coats & cowboy hats, but this is an incredible, walkable, vibrant city w/ gorgeous architecture, delicious food, historic & accessible theaters. We are diverse. We are welcoming. We are a city, not just a location.
The Queen City is iconic, whether Sundance sees it that way or not. I hope Cincy is chosen, but it won’t change my mind on how great this place is if they make the mistake and pick someplace else.
Sundance attendees are worried about a move to Cincinnati.
“I feel like the legacy of Sundance is decades of cool storytellers trudging up and down snowy main street. There’s a vibe, a hipness to it... it’s iconic. What’s iconic about Cincinnati?”
