I get it, but what I see is the infrastructure being built for $INK to actually exist.
Recent moves:
• 1,000+ xStocks native on Ink
• kHYPE live onchain
• Tydro (Aave V3) running real lending + swaps
• Kraken Wallet positioned as the portal into the ecosystem
A token with limited utility has no where to go, no matter when it launches. Without more apps, more builders, and more reasons for users to stay and use the chain, $INK doesn’t have a real home.
The team is building the playground first. That's what gets me hyped.

Another one bites the dust. Web3 is just too niche to sustain a game as its primary market. Blockchain games have been around since CryptoKitties in 2017, but the money didn't show up until @AxieInfinity. Covid had players in the Philippines earning real income and investors finally saw their MVP. Crypto gaming raised $476M in the first half of 2021 and over $4B by year end.
I love blockchain in gaming as tech, but not as a selling point. It was what @nyanheroes was trying to pivot from to before it ran out of money. (Side note: the dev team tried to buy the IP from the rights owner to keep developing it as a web2 game, but they wouldn't sell.)
@EVE_Frontier is one of the best use cases right now. It's building a creator economy where players use their creativity and skill to sell items, buildings, and even processes, all on-chain. Gaming as a whole is moving toward creator economies so devs and players can both earn from an IP. @Fortnite and @Roblox already pay creators, and @RockstarGames is reportedly building out a creator platform for GTA VI.
The games that last will be the ones people play for the game first. The chain should sit in the background and make the economy work.
InfiniGods is winding down. We will be shutting down our servers effective no earlier than November 1.
King of Destiny has already been taken down from the stores. There will be no further development on the game, or on any other part of the InfiniGods Universe. As a result of our wind-down, while you will still retain any NFT the functionality will be extremely limited and there will be no further utility.
If you hold an InfiniGods Vault NFT and have been receiving monthly $GOD distributions, you’ll get one final distribution on October 26. After that, those distributions will end. If you’ve already been receiving them, you don’t need to do anything.

Fun fact: in 2021 I was working at an indie studio in Bangkok, and the owner wanted to make a web3 game. The studio's lawyer told us it didn't matter what we pitched, funding was basically guaranteed.
We came up with the concept over a weekend. A week later my boss and the lawyer flew to Dubai and came back with $5M. xD
