Having trouble with @amazon @AmazonHelp. They locked my elderly father’s account because he disputed a fraudulent charge. As far as I can tell, the only choice we have is to pay the fraudulent amount to them. That might be down to my father having trouble talking to them on phone
Any suggestions for getting a live human being on the phone for @amazon @AmazonHelp customer service?
When I opened a new chat with @ConstantContact and asked to address the case number they told me, they never responded with anything about the case number, nor did they help me. 6/6
Contemporaneously, @ConstantContact and I were in a chat this morning that had to end for my medical appointment. CSR said I could open a new chat later, with a case number. 6/
The @ConstantContact mgr immediately called me yet again, when I'd told him it was literally the worst time of the day to call me.
The @ConstantContact mgr couldn't commit to a time, only a two-hour period. That doesn't work for me. I suggested we could try again later and terminated the call. 4/
When the @ConstantContact mgr called me back, later than he said he would, I was again engaged in something. Told him I couldn't talk asked to make an appointment to discuss. 3/
Then, @ConstantContact CSR said a manager would call me today. He called while I was in a medical appointment, left msg w/o name or callback number. 2/
So, @ConstantContact interrupted my Palm Sunday and observance of my wife's death with "urgent" business I had to call them about. So urgent it took them 30 minutes to get me off the wait list. 1/

On February 21, @facebook @MetaNewsroom @Meta told me via email that a refund had been issued for a payment to a scam artist. More than NINE MONTHS LATER, no refund has been received, and Facebook has not responded to any of my queries.
Also, their phone system which says they'll call you has been consistently failing. Is this the beginning of a seasonal meltdown?
So, I can't change a delivery address for @UPS delivery online for unknown reason. No way to speak to a human being, no chat, just crappy AI. No solutions, no service, no delivery. Guess who I won't be using for Christmas packages.
