"I tell you everything. It's just ... not that easy. It helps, but it doesn't entirely take it away."
She stared absently at her reflection. "The Council doesn't want me on any medication. They worry it'll damage my performance by changing how I act."
She swallowed, glancing downward with something kin to shame. "I've.. maybe developed a habit of binging." She murmured. "Maybe it's the stress, the nightmares, the neverending trauma. I'm neglecting myself."
"I find new things out about you every single day, Logan." She murmured, glancing over her shoulder at him.
She raised a hand, cusp at the curve of his cheek. As rough as her palm was, she was gentle as she held him.
"I—I really don't mean to make you worry about me, babe."
Shepard sighed, tongue clicking against her cheek.
She paused. Her eyes widened. "Am I pregnant?" She grunted. It seemed the only logical explanation..
