Host cancelled 2 days before group outing 2 weeks ago and have an open ticket with "urgent" status waiting for a "case manager" for 2 weeks now. Worst @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp support ever. Will have to resort to charging back with my credit card company.

After more than a year using @projectfi after switching from AT&T, I am still discovering that people don't get my texts sometimes. SMS is a basic feature of a phone. Biggest disappointment is @projectfi apparently doesn't know there is an issue to fix...switching back to AT&T.
