Style Tuner in Midjourney
I *think* I got the hang of how to tweak the new /tune command to get the best use out of it for future moodboards and pre-viz for film and campaigns 👀✨
here's a short insight:

This interface is a little "hidden" but you can access it easily.
First, check that you have access to Google Search's AI functions.
1. Go to labs .google
2. Click on "Get started" in the Google Search category
3. Activate "SGE generative AI in Search"
Next, write a prompt like I already showed you to draw an image in Google.
Example: “draw a submarine in the sky”
Once your images are generated, click on one then “Edit”.

Here's a simple calendar trick anyone can use:
(bookmark this and try it later)
There are 4 types of professional time:
1. Management
2. Creation
3. Consumption
4. Ideation
Management Time is what most of us spend the majority of our professional lives in. Meetings, calls, presentations, email processing, team and people management.
Creation Time is what most of us scramble to fill into the gaps between Management Time blocks. Writing, coding, building, preparing.
Consumption Time is where new ideas for creation and growth are originally planted. Reading, listening, studying.
Ideation Time is where new ideas for creation and growth are cultivated and grown. Brainstorming, journaling, walking, self-reflecting.
Before you can make improvements to your balance of time, you need to understand your starting point.
Starting on a Monday, at the end of each weekday, color code the events from that day according to this key:
• Red: Management
• Green: Creation
• Blue: Consumption
• Yellow: Ideation
At the end of the week, look at the overall mix of colors on the calendar.
Here's an example of how this looked for a friend's calendar at the end of the week.
This simple exercise should give you a clear picture of what your current baseline mix of professional time looks like.
3 Tips for an Optimal Balance
Tip 1: Batch Management Time
Create discrete blocks of time each day when you will handle major Management Time activities.
1-3 email processing blocks per day. 1-3 call and meeting blocks per day.
The goal here is to avoid a schedule where the red bleeds out everywhere across every single day.
We are trying to keep the Management Time windows as discrete as possible to create space for the other types of time.
Tip 2: Increase Creation Time
Creation is what propels us forward, with more interesting projects and opportunities. We all need more Creation Time in our days.
Recent data from Microsoft showed that users of their apps are spending much more time on email and meetings than creating.
As you batch Management Time, carve out distinct windows for Creation Time.
Block them on your calendar. Don't check your email or messages during them. Focus on creation during your Creation Time.
Tip 3: Create Space for Consumption & Ideation
Consumption and Ideation are the forgotten types of time because we rarely create space for them, but they are critical to long-term, compounding progress.
History's most successful people have all made a practice out of creating space for reading, listening, learning, and thinking. We can draw a lesson from this.
To start, schedule one short block per week for Consumption and one short block per week for Ideation. Stay true to the purpose of the block. Own that before increasing the presence of these types of time in your schedule.
With these three tips in mind, you're well on your way to finding a more optimal balance across the four types of professional time.

Want GPT to hallucinate less?
I learned tonight that if you add “if you don’t know, say you don’t know” to your prompt that it will generate far fewer incorrect answers.
AI pioneer @AdrianKaehler1 told me that at dinner.
So I asked GPT why that worked. Here is its answer.

Microsoft just filed for an AI-powered smart backpack patent.
The backpack not only hears you but also sees what you see.
Imagine a hands-free digital assistant that understands commands, can access cloud information, AND interacts with other devices.
Here’s the rundown:
-The backpack uses different sensors to sense the environment upon receiving a command.
-The AI engine interprets the information through speech recognition and natural language processing.
-It then responds with an answer, acknowledgment, or a prompt for more information.
Illustrations show the device could possibly give directions, get prices, and add calendar events — while capabilities like visual scanning aim to provide a hands-free AI assistant.
Two words: RIP Herschel.

ERC-6551 & The Future of NFTs
Recently there was a MASSIVE improvement to the entire Ethereum NFT ecosystem and very few people are talking about it
..at least relative to the amount of attention being given to the latest Azuki or Yuga or Ether FUD.
So I want to talk about it. Because it's Really. Freaking. Cool.
What is ERC-6551?
At a high level, ERC-6551 (also known as Token Bound Accounts) makes it possible for NFTs to have their own wallet.
Rather than a person owning assets, the token itself can hold custody of the assets.
Basically: every NFT can now own / store within it ETH as well as ERC-721, 1155, and 20 tokens.
Actually an NFT can store an NFT which itself stores other NFTs.
It’s NFTs all the way down.
How?
The gist of it is that there is an on-chain and permissionless Registry (a smart contract) which can be used by anyone to create token bound accounts and deploy them for any NFTs.
The beauty of this is that it’s backwards compatible, so all existing NFTs are able to hold tokens.
Honestly it’s a technological marvel that they were able to do this. You don’t need to wrap tokens, upgrade contracts, etc. It just.. works.
Actually, all NFTs already have their own accounts. If you own NFTs.. those NFTs have their own accounts.
Why?
It’s always good to ask WHY — why might we want NFTs to custody assets? What are the use cases? How does this make the future better?
The first thing that came to mind to me was airdrops.
Instead of projects taking snapshots and airdropping tokens to the holders of NFTs, they can airdrop them directly to the NFTs themselves.
Think about that for a moment.
This eliminates the need for all the pre-snapshot/post-snapshot kerfuffling about.
No more immediately flooring the collection after the snapshot.
The airdrop goes directly to the NFT, and everyone can see clearly on-chain the assets held within that NFT.
But there are lots of other ways ERC-6551 makes a lot of sense too.
Think about playing a game and owning your character.
Now think about all the items that character might own: weapons, clothing, potions, in-game currency, etc.
Previously these would all have been separate tokens all connected to the person’s account, now they can all be owned by the character / NFT itself.
So that if you were to trade it, everything associated with be traded in one clean transaction.
One more interesting idea is that the NFT itself can now have a trading history, a collection, an identity.
A… life? What happens when you infuse ERC-6551 + Artificial Intelligence? Give your NFT some ETH and tell it go to trade and see what it collects.
The future is going to be absolutely insane and none of us are prepared.
