So finally I am able to put up an overview of P&l and some KPI for the period FY 2019/20-2024/25 exclusively based on the actual published accounts for FC BAYERN GROUP, AG and ALLIANZ ARENA. Other detailed figures were sourced from official publications from UEFA, FIFA and DFL. Projections for FY 2025/26 are based on published figures, public statements and comments from club sources and best effort estimates. broadcasting will be overall lower, although income from CL and Pokal competitions increased, income from DFL expected to be significant lower and obviously income from CWC was completely accounted for in 24/25). Commercial income should increase based on reports about renewed and new sponsorship deals, as well as continued excellent merchandising activities. Transfer income and profit calculations are based on reports from reliable sources and best effort estimates (salaries). After careful examination and consideration it seems reasonable to assume that squad cost (wages and amortisation) were slightly reduced in 25/26. Agent fees expected to be unchanged. Transfer net debt reversed into a slight surplus and expected to stay again in balance for the foreseeable future. Transfer net spending also reversed into a small surplus, after some years of heavy over spending. Transfer net profit remains stable, and continues to be necessary to cover the structural deficit in EBIT. Cash position should recover and is projected to increase to abt €200 Mio again. So overall FC Bayern remains profitable, for over 30y, and thus continues to increase its Equity without and capital requirements from third party investors. Outlook for 26/27 to follow in this thread.

Beside structural static and city requirements/regulations, here is another reason why another level in the Allianz Arena would be financially not feasible. 20-25.000 more seats my generate another €25-30mio pa income but also higher operating costs by maybe €10mio. Finance cost at 5% would amount to abt €25mio pa without capital repayment. It just doesn’t make sense Bayern have invested already abt €140mio into the Allianz Arena since commissioning in 2006, in maintenance, repair and upgrades and continue to do so. And then the Arena massive steel and concrete base should last over 50 years. Maybe there will be significant improvements or opportunity to install a 360-degree LED video board system like in the SoFi Stadium in San Francisco and Bernabeu, once the ETFE air cushions have to be replaced. But other than that there had been already huge improvements and upgrades in digital networks and infrastructure as well as LED. Huge ongoing investments into independent energy infrastructure
100,000 FANS WAITING — BUT NO BIGGER EMIRATES? 🔴⚪ Arsenal explored expanding its home to 70,000–80,000 seats before stepping away from a major redevelopment. Talks with Populous, the stadium’s original architects, considered additional tiers, changes to the stands and raising the roof. Earlier estimates suggested a bill of around £500 million or more. But construction costs were only part of the problem. Hemmed in by homes and railway lines, Emirates offers little room for expansion. Rebuilding the stadium could also disrupt valuable hospitality areas, reduce matchday income and potentially force Arsenal to play elsewhere during the works. The club’s focus has now shifted to gradual improvements, including hospitality, catering, safe standing and the matchday experience. For supporters hoping for thousands of extra tickets, that leaves a difficult question: is this the right decision? 🎥 From leaving Highbury to abandoning a bigger Emirates, watch the full story in our report on the StadiumDB YouTube channel! 🔗 youtu.be/glIxNJ32DZE?is=pIfC…

Put this in a frame Outrageously beautiful words "It's been a very, very intense week for us, given everything that's happened. We simply wanted to stand together as a team. We, as FC Bayern, stand united. The coaching team and the entire staff have done an outstanding job throughout the week, and I want to pay them a huge compliment for that. On behalf of the team, I'd also like to say a very big thank you to everyone involved. I hope everyone takes the time they need and gets whatever time is necessary. We'll be happy when we're all back together again. We stand together, we stay together, and we simply continue on our path."

Very sympathetic personality- Brummie
Aaron Danks: "I just opened my phone to a WhatsApp from Vince straight away saying, "Well done," and he was happy. So I just replied, saying, "Brilliant, now rest." And sent him a kissing emoji, so hopefully he rests up"

ASK for Bayern
Estevao is growing increasingly frustrated with life under Xabi Alonso at Chelsea, @TEAMtalk can reveal, with the teenage winger shocked by just how little first-team football he has been afforded so far this season. teamtalk.com/chelsea/estevao…

Allianz Arena: 2004 vs 2026 🇩🇪 Allianz Arena might be the best-aging stadium in the world. In 2004, builders completed its concrete shell, began fitting the air-filled façade panels, installed the first seats and tested the exterior lighting. It opened the following year. Since then, capacity has risen from 66,000 to around 75,000. The façade gained multicolour LEDs, bigger screens followed, and red seating turned the interior into unmistakably Bayern territory. Yet the original shape still looks futuristic more than 20 years later. What other stadium has aged this well?

CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen confirms that a Bayern delegation will travel to London for tomorrow's Ballon d'Or ceremony: "We would, of course, be absolutely delighted if Harry Kane were to win the Ballon d’Or. Harry sets new records year after year, but his 73 goals for FC Bayern and the England national team carry particular significance this time around. I like to call him our ‘360-degree striker’ because he always has the entire pitch in view, works tirelessly and makes his teammates better. He has continued to develop his game and, in doing so, has transformed our entire team’s style of play. He is a global superstar without any airs and graces, while also being a gentleman who sets an outstanding example both on and off the pitch. “Michael Olise also thoroughly deserves his place on the shortlist, and I am convinced that he, too, will win the Ballon d’Or one day. Overall, our many nominations are a wonderful recognition of a fantastic season. For the first time in ten years, four FC Bayern players are once again on the Ballon d’Or shortlist. On top of that, Vincent Kompany is recognised as one of the best coaches in the world, and for the first time, both our women’s and men’s teams have been nominated for Club of the Year. Naturally, we will travel to London with all due humility, hoping that we will also have the opportunity to celebrate a few awards." [@hannalein3, @tzmuenchen]

Unfortunately he did not show much of it at Bayern, had many chances to do so though
🇪🇸🇸🇳 Unai Emery and Nicolas Jackson have a special relationship. They have worked together at Villarreal and Aston Villa. ❤️ Nicolas Jackson: "Unai Emery taught me alot in football. He taught me EVERYTHING. When I come from Senegal, I didn't know. I knew how to play, but I didn't understand how to run in the pitch." "I was just running like crazy, taking the ball just dribbling, making my own stuff. I think he changed all that and made me a different player." Now, Nicolas Jackson is Aston Villa's top goalscorer this season. 👏🥇

AUDI are investing $4 bn in US ———————————————- They are refocusing and shifting production away from Germany to the USA. Why would they exit their sponsorship with Bayern? Doubt it. The other way around makes more sense, the internationalisation of both AUDI and Bayern go well hand in hand. Especially in the US market. CEO Döllner sits on Bayerns Supervisory Board —— Audi is taking a major step in its global growth strategy with plans to establish its first U.S. production site in Georgia. The company intends to invest around $4 billion and create approximately 4,500 jobs. Construction of the plant, designed for an annual production capacity of up to 200,000 vehicles, is scheduled to begin in 2027, with production planned to start in the early 2030s. Gernot Döllner, Chairman of the Board of Management of AUDI AG “We have much greater ambitions for Audi in America. The United States is one of the world's most important premium markets, and we have not yet realized our full potential. We are determined to change that — with premium products, a stronger brand and a competitive local production base. This is about building a stronger Audi business in America — not only about building a factory.” Manfred Döss, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AUDI AG Audi’s future will not be secured by cost reductions, increased efficiency and outstanding technology alone. We need the courage to invest, to pursue new opportunities and to make decisions that will shape our company for decades to come. This planned investment demonstrates our determination to do exactly that.” audi.com/en/press-releases/a…
